While Leg can automatically process new frames to make them ready for frame tester, these automatically processed frame images usually look pretty bad.
Optimized frames are instead frames that have been manually edited by someone to look great in Frame Tester. You can identify optimized frames by the "Queen's Right Leg" text placed on the print and card code sections of the frames.
