Is Leg safe to use?

Karuta rules state:

As Leg does not interact with Karuta ever, it does not violate Rule 1. Rule 2 and 3 do not apply to Leg for obvious reasons.

While Leg does not violate any Karuta rules, Leg still has the best interest of following Karuta's guidelines. Users caught violating Karuta rules or using Leg to violate Karuta rules will be blacklisted from using Leg.
